It is said that knowledge is power and fortune. As a significant resource of enterprise, knowledge has become the main driving force of organizational change and wealth creation. Furthermore, it has increasingly become an important force of economic and social development. Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) firstly proposed the term'Knowledge Based Economy'in its'Science, Technology and Industry Outlook'report in 1996, which indicated the human beings, had entered the new economic age that was based on the possession, production and distribution of the core resources which mainly consisted of knowledge and technology. In modern organizations, the staff improves their knowledge content, competitiveness, and tries to enhance the company's core competitiveness by knowledge transferring and knowledge sharing. Based on reviewing the state-of-the-art literature, I summarize four factors which affect the within organization staff tacit knowledge transferring and analyze each factor respectively. In this paper, I mainly research the within-organization tacit knowledge transferring issue by utilizing the Game Theory and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).Three models have been developed to address the issues in knowledge transferring:1.This paper combines the research achievements of scholars at home and abroad to reach a formula of explicit expression knowledge value of employee. Then, using complete information static game model, from the view of cost factors, the knowledge store of employees and motivation factors to do game analysis of the preconditions of knowledge transfer.2.The within organization staff tacit knowledge transferring dynamic game model views the knowledge transferring process as a dynamic process. With this model, I study the issue of different sequences of the game leading to different factors which influence the decision of the knowledge transferring.3.The within-organization stuff tacit knowledge transferring evaluation model utilizes the AHP to study the set of evaluation weights.This paper clarifies the influential elements and problems in in-organization stuff tacit knowledge transferring, and enriches the study of knowledge transferring within organization by reviewing existing literatures and proposing various models with the usage of Game Theory and AHP. This research provides a theoretical basis for the decision-makers when they do the tacit knowledge transferring within organization.
