With economic globalization, the development of information network technology, some organizations began to initiate a new kind of virtual teams that form of organization to adapt to the dynamic changes in the external environment. In the virtual team, members of different cultural backgrounds scattered in space and time may be asynchronous virtual, borderless, networked platforms, mainly through electronic information communication technology (e-mail, video conferencing, etc.) to coordinate the work. As more and more organizations use virtual teams to complete the project, the implementation of the project performance management is that most companies must perform. However, the performance of virtual team management still follow the traditional model, is not conducive to play to their strengths.In this paper virtual teams as the main object of study, combined with the performance of human resources theories, using a literature study, comparative study of virtual teams and team performance level of the traditional distinction, to make a clear understanding of the characteristics of virtual teams and the advantages, disadvantages. Follow the idea of systems analysis, and to guide the layout of papers to ensure that the architecture of the scientific papers, rigor and logic. With the influencing factors in the virtual team performance management factors antecedent factors and the different mode of action of dynamic factors.This article is divided into seven parts:The first chapter introduces the research background and research purposes, the virtual team of economic development came into being in the new organizational structure. Describes the research method and technical route.The second chapter, decrypting the concept of virtual team performance management related to interpretation. Meaning of virtual team performance management and team performance through comparison with the traditional team, the special nature of virtual team performance management, virtual team performance levels and behavior characteristics of virtual team performance were described.The third chapter, from the research object, the team is the managed objects. Constitute the structure of the performance, combined with the organizational structure of virtual team research, and organizational characteristics of work behavior, the performance of virtual teams to act as the tasks, relationships, enhance their own learning as the main performance dimensions degrees.Chapter IV, Virtual Team Performance Management System, according to two types of virtual team performance of the stakeholders, from the main assessment, assessment principles, evaluation of content, from the analysis of influencing factors, the factors that affect the performance, combined with the characteristics of virtual teamwork and team development needs, describe the factors in the performance of the role and the ideal state.
