With the internationalization level of Chinese economic development, since the entering of a new century, the enterprises competition has gradually moved from property management, personnel management to human resources management. Enterprises have more and more realized the propounded importance of human resource management, People-oriented corporate culture has gained a more general approval, but due to the actual situation of development of Chinese enterprises, the human resources management, especially strategic human resources management is still in an exploratory stage. Basically speaking, we only put those theories summarized by some foreign scientists and entrepreneurs in the constantly changing environment in China's enterprise management. Even so, it is a rare practice in Chinese Clothing enterprise, the representative of traditional industry. This paper has cited company A as an example. From the prospective of strategic co-management and the school of resources, it has elaborated the characteristics of human resources, and how to combine with enterprise strategy, how to put the written theory, as specific tools and methods, into practice for the implementation. It also has made a study and discussion on how to ensure following results. This paper aims to enhance the human resource management awareness of garment business managers by the rational application and then eventually strengthen enterprise competitiveness theory and practical application.
