Study On Human Resource Management Strategy Of HSHN Group

With the accelerating process of economic globalization,the living environment of enterprises is full of competition and complicated and changeable.If enterprises want to develop steadily in the long term and occupy a place in the industry,they must have a long-term enterprise strategy as guidance and be supported by scientific and effective human resources management.Strategic management is the cornerstone of maintaining sufficient competitiveness of enterprises,and talent plays an increasingly prominent role in modern enterprise management.How to combine enterprise strategy and human resource organically and keep the core competitive advantage and management level of enterprise at a high level through human resource strategic management is the aim of this paper.HSHN Group is a private family enterprise mainly engaged in the production and sale of medical devices.Facing the huge potential of the domestic medical devices market,we want to stabilize the existing market resources while occupying a certain market share in the high-end medical devices market.The mass departure of senior management researchers has made HSHN group realize the importance of human resource management.This paper takes HSHN group as the research object,from the angle of strategic cooperation management,analyzes how to combine human resource strategy and enterprise strategy,so as to become the propelling force of enterprise's long-term development.The conclusion of this paper makes the HSHN Group understand human resources management again,it has certain reference meaning to improve the human resources strategic management level of the group,it can provide reference for the future human resources strategic planning of HSHN Group,and it can also provide some reference for how the private enterprises in the new industry carry out human resources strategic management.
