Study On Development Strategy Of MX Calcined Kaolin Corporation

China has unique and rich kaolin resources known to the world, ranking the first in the world total reserves, proved reserves and long-term reserves of 18.05 billion tons detected.Kaolin products can be widely used in construction, papermaking, dyes, rubber, electronics, petrochemicals, fertilizers, cosmetics, optical glass, fiber and other dozens of industries.But in our country calcined kaolin as raw materials for industrial-scale production started only in the 1990s.The object of this study--MX Kaolin Company is the earlier of calcined kaolin company specialized in producing high-grade calcined kaolin coal products manufacturers.Present its annual production of coal calcined kaolin products can reach 6 million tons, ranking the forefront.As the leading coal companies calcined kaolin, MX Kaolin Company has achieved a rapid development in recent years, but compared with the same industry in other countries, the overall situation of domestic calcined kaolin industry is generally smaller in firm size and the poorer in profitability. Thus, it is far from the demand for the great potential for development requirements.With the help of strategic management principles and methods of strategic analysis, first combined with the MX calcined kaolin company's actual situation, and then described the domestic kaolin industry status and development trend are described, the analysis of the external opportunities and threats of MX calcined kaolin companies as well as its internal strengths and weaknesses are made. Finally, I worked out the company's development strategies, proposed programs and measures to implement and control strategies.This paper is of vital strategic significance for MX calcined kaolin companies to achieve great leaps and bounds; while because the calcined kaolin in China's coal industry as a whole is in a rapid development period, the company's development strategy on the domestic enterprises also have some reference.
