The competition between real estimate companys is getting fierce than ever as the rapidly developing of the estimate industry in nowdays.To protect the company from the management risk and to improve the profit of a company,human resource management method could be used optimize the human resourse strategy.The final goal of the huan resource management is to maximum the revenue of the company.By means of delivering a series of strategy,the company makes best of human resource.A human resource management for a commen company usually including analysis on human resource supply and demand,and the strategy for human resource management,and recruit and employ policy,and performence appraisal,etc.However,there are obviously differences between a real estimate enterprise and an individual construction project.Therefore,how to apply the human resource management method into an individual project may be a problem.In this study,the basis theory of human resource management is reviewed at first,and then the human resource management strategy of Mansion No.7 project of Wanfeng Company is discussed and analyzed.Finally,the advices are given below to optimize the strategy used in Wanfeng Company.Feedback system is advised to be an additional department in the organization of Mansion No.7 Project.The responsibility of every single department needs to be clearly defined according to the human resource demand.Encourage and reward need to be realized in variety ways to comfort the staff's need.Performance appraisal need to be quantified with appropriate standards,and could be adapted to the situation all the time as the project develops.This paper is helpful to researchers designing and optimizing a strategy of an individual real estimate project.
