| With rapid economic development in China recently, human resources have become one of the most important resources and the key factor for the sustainable development of any business. Competition among enterprises is actually competition for the talents. However, in the period of "talent sovereignty", talents have more decision-making power in choosing jobs and work. Success in the competition of companies depends on the ability of attaining talents and keeping them.At present, along with the process of human resource liberalization, many companies have issue of loss of talents in varying degrees, which has become the bottleneck for the further development of the companies. GJK Enterprises, as object of our study, faces more and more serious problems in human resource management as the size expansion and requirement for further development. Loss of technology specialists has constrained the company in market competition and sustainable development.Based on the summary of theories such as concepts of talents, motivation theory, model of talent loss, and sampling theory, this paper uses the statics and questionnaire survey method to elaborate the current situation of talent loss issue in GJK, and analyzes the employees' satisfaction for working department and environment and attention to job market. The paper also discusses the underlying reasons of talent loss and problems in human resource management GJK has, then gives the solutions to ease the talent loss issue and improve human resource management. It provides scientific basis to help GJK solve the technology specialists loss issue. |
