Researches On Development Integration Of Urban And Rural In NingXia Hui-Autonomous Region

Urban-rural integration is the inevitable result of our country's swift economic development. Since the reform and open policy, our country has experienced from the planned economy to the market economy system transformation process. With the traditional farming society transforming to the modernization industrial society and urban function to the countryside transition, the problems such as employment, population, and environment are deteriorating. The social system's transformation has caused deep social problem at the same time. The disparity in urban and rural areas is expanded in the benefit assignment system and the rich and poor, the social treatment disparity is obvious day by day.This paper chooses Ningxia province as research object, and is based on the corresponding theory of regional economics, development economics and econometrics. First, analysis the stage of Urban-rural integration. And then evaluates the development of urban and countryside of Ningxia. Finally proposes the solutions to solving Ningxia'dual economic structure.The paper consists of five parts. In chapter one, I give a simple overview of the Urban-rural integration. In second part, I summarize the domestic and foreign Urban-rural integration development model, and elaborate the significance of urban-rural integration for our country. In third part, I carry on the description to Ningxia's present situation and the city and countryside development environment, and definitude Ningxia present Urban-rural integration development phase in constructing indicator system, and then analysis the factors restricting the Ningxia city and countryside development. In forth part, I use the cluster analysis, the principal components analytic method to analysis Ningxia's 19 main county urban district, and then classify these districts according to the different level of development in order to reflect Ningxia's region difference in Urban-rural integration. In fifth part, according to Ningxia's actual situation, I propose some measures, such as rational layout, bold plan, reforming system, and readjusting the industrial structures, ect.
