Study On Risk Management About Agent Business With The Same Industry Of A Commercial Bank

Commercial banks emerges everywhere with the foreign banks'influx into China after China join WTO and China's financial reform promoting deeply, client's requirement changing continuously, exchange rate's market orienting, various business innovation mode emerging, mixed industry trend becoming obviously. The competition relation between the same financial industry changes from elimination to cooperation. And its cooperation has been given new content. It has become the important field for commercial banks'developing new business and main promotion force for financial transformation. The cooperation between the same industry gradually becomes the most important field and shiny spot for new business in commercial bank's management and development.This paper study on the basis of A commercial bank's agent business in the same industry and focus on its unique characteristics. It analyses the main risk type and the reason that risks happen because of the agent business mode. It based on its business type, business regulation, technical frame, hosting bank and cooperation bank. On this basis, we emphasis on solving the agent problem A commercial bank met in the same industry starting with the problems that A commercial bank has existed in order to reduce and prevent business risk as well as handle risk effectively. And it bases on the comprehensive risk management theory. It proposed many measures to manage risk before, during and after this happen thru optimizing cooperation bank and product, establishing scientific risk early warning indicators, enforcing technical promise, formulating perfect emergency plan.At the same time, based on the fully analyses of agent business in the same industry, this paper indicated the problem that needs further study and provides the reference plan to the financial company who devoted to developing business through the same industry cooperation.
