Since the nineties of last century, as the support of national policy and our region government reform, Inner Mongolia's economic and social development is accelerating pace, the trend in the integration of Balancing Urban and Rural, Employment issues, particularly the employment of the farmers came into being.With the widening income gap between urban and rural areas, employment situation of farmers in our region and ways to have undergone enormous changes, declining share of agriculture employment,increasing the proportion of transfer of employment.
