Study On The Solutions Of Farmers’ Employment Under Balancing Urban And Rural Development

Employment issues in the Overall development of urban and rural areas, the fundamental way to solve the " issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers" work, is the main means of narrowing the gap between urban and rural, improving income of urban and rural residents and promoting the integration of urban and rural areas. Employment is vital to people’s livelihood. In the new situation of urban and rural balancing development, whether we can solve the employment problems of migrant farmers and herdsmen is not merely the main issue and difficulty of promoting the integration of urban and rural areas, but more importantly, an important topic that the party committees and governments at all levels must be going to break.In order to further understand the present situation and problems of migrant farmers and herdsmen’s employment, and to put forward corresponding measures and methods, this article innovatively selects the Etuoke Front Banner, pilot of overall development of urban and rural areas, in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the research object. The pilot construction of Etuoke Front Banner has just started, a lot of work are in the process of explorating, practicing and improving. Especially, the employment problems of migrant farmers and herdsmen, is the priority among priorities of overall development of urban and rural areas, which is related to the success of pilot construction of urban and rural balancing development, therefore, we need to solve the problem of employment of migrant farmers and herdsmen more quickly and efficiently. Through the methods of investigating and study, qualitative analysis and comparative analysis, This article analyses and demonstrates the relevant data, materials and methods in solving the employment problems of migrant farmers and herdsmen of the pilot work of migrant farmers and herdsmen in Etuoke Front Banner, and tries to find out the constraints and basic crux in the employment problems of migrant farmers and herdsmen, push forward a number of countermeasures and suggestions to drive overall development of urban and rural areas and solving the employment of migrant farmers and herdsmen, provide direction to properly solve the employment of migrant farmers and herdsmen.
