Research On Benefit Balance Mechanism Of The Regional Tourism Overall Development

This paper bases on the tourism integration of Beijing-tianjin-hebei region. Tourism development situation js analysised comprehensively. According to the stakeholder theory and the game theory, the author constructs the cooperation game model for overall development of regional tourism. And it have made the empirical analysis about overall development of cooperation game model on Beijing-tianjin-hebei region. And then it discussed the safeguard mechanism of benefit equilibrium in Beijing-tianjin-hebei region.This article is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction. In the process of the tourism overall development in Beijing-tianjin-hebei region, it mainly expounds the background of objectivity, necessity and urgency about the benefit equilibrium mechanism research. The structure and technical route clearly show the content and method. The second part is the theoretical basis and related research review. This paper introduces the status of regional tourism overall development. The third part is theory model research for the regional tourism of benefit equilibrium. First, interest demand of tourism stakeholders and mutual non-cooperative game behavior are analyzed. Then using cooperative game theory analyzed the development of regional tourism predicaments and raised the methods to solve the problems. Finally, putting forward some cooperate benefit balanced distribution methods and the theoretical model. The fourth part is empirical research about benefit equilibrium model of Beijing-tianjin-hebei region. The study is based on data from 2006 to 2010, which reflect their interest demand and development goals. Further more, it discusses the cooperation dilemmas between the stakeholders. Finally it constructs the tourism benefit equilibrium theory model of Beijing-tianjin-hebei region. The fifth part establishes benefit balance mechanisms,which contains cooperation committee organization, interests balance arbitration mechanism,communication mechanism as well as tourist enterprises docking mechanism. The sixth part is the conclusion. It concludes the innovation points and points out the paper still need to be deepen.
