Research On The Efficiency Analysis Of Logistics Industry And The Mechanism Of Cooperative Development In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

In recent years,the Yangtze River delta,the Pearl River delta and Beijing-Tanjin-Hebei economic region are strengthening cooperation to promote regional integration.However,the interoperability of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is slightly insufficient,and the competition between each other is greater than the synergies.Therefore,to promote the collaboration and development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region logistics,as well as to improve the operation efficiency of logistics system is of great significance.At present,the country has coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region into national major strategy,which effectively accelerates the realization of integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region early.Research of improvement in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics can help to accurately grasp the regional reasonable positioning and prompt the three provinces and cities logistics integration as a whole;to build mutual communism logistics network and make the three provinces and cities reasonable division of labor,complementary advantages and disadvantages of each other.At the same time,it provides scientific evidence for the development of policies for the development of regional logistics,which is the inevitable path to realize coordinated development of regional logistics and to the integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The purpose of this paper is to improve the efficiency of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region logistics and to promote the coordinated development of that region logistics.Firstly,on the basis of reviewing the related literature,this paper not only analyses the common problems of the logistics development in our country and the special problems of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics,but also this paper summarizes the factors affecting the efficiency of logistics.Secondly,this paper constructs the evaluation index system with Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)method to evaluate the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics efficiency.Thirdly,this paper puts forward the influence factors of the measurement of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics efficiency to build panel data model with combination of the development trend,and uses Eviews6.0 software to carry on the various factors affecting the degree of impact on the efficiency of logistics analysis.At last,this paper constructs development mechanism of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics efficiency based on the influence factors.The results of the paper show that: firstly,it is Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics development is not balanced by evaluation.Secondly,it measures and determines six factors that affects Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics,in accordance with the order from high to low degree of influence is regional informational level,logistics professional talent,the regional economic development level,location advantages,logistics resources comprehensive utilization,regional logistics network.Thirdly,it is to build up coordinated development mechanism of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics efficiency,respectively includes: based on the operation mechanism of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics information platform,based on the cultivation mechanism of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics professional talent,based on the correlation mechanism of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional economy development,based on the promotion mechanism of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional location advantage,based on the optimization mechanism of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics resource configuration,based on the coordination mechanism of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics network.
