The Reseach On Oirat Mongolian's Fire Worship

The thesis can be divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction of the thesis,the second part is the Oirat Mongolian's worship of fire,the third part is their cult of fire, the fourth part is the conclusion of thesis, and the last part is the references of this thesis.The contents of the introduction is that the research fruit of this subject, the reason why I chose the theme, and the research methods used in the thesis.The contents of the first chapter are, as follows, Oirat Mongolian's worship of fire and some conventions of them, like sacrificing fire and fire god, celebrating dove, the crematory custom, and their general cognition of fire and their fire god, on the basis of these contents, we manage to quest for the historic and cultural origines of their worship of fire.It is mainly contents of the second chapter that investigating concrete from of Oirat Mongolian's fire worship. For example, the tgpes, times and process of fire worship ceremony and the ceremony of blissing and holifying domestic animals, and so on. According to these presentations we try to throw light upon the features and connotations of Oirat's traditions.In the peroration we summed up the general contents of the thesis and got a conclusion that Oirat's worship and sacrifice of fire was formed on the basis of Sa Man religtious and in its developing process also got influence of Buddhism.
