With the growing competition in the market, enterprises increasingly focus on how tomake themselves in an invincible position in the fierce market environment, therefore as aneffective way learning can improve the overall quality of companies, and enhance thecompetitiveness, thus provide methods and resources on the formation and maintaining corecompetitiveness. As the forces of software industry, medium-sized software companies areas the research object, not only rich the learning organization theory to build learningorganization theoretically but also providing a reference on increasing market competition.Using empirical research methods, the text deeply studies the necessity of building alearning organization with the research object of the impact of the building dimensions oflearning organization on firm performance in medium-sized software companies. Firstly, onthe basis of summarizing the past learning organization theory, the article provides anoverview of the software industries and summarizes the issues of midsize softwarecompanies in the process of building a learning organization. Then, combining with thecharacteristics of medium-sized software companies, we rely on the dimension of the modelof building a learning organization by previous scholars, and design the construction ofmodel dimensions. Adopting survey questionnaire, scale development, the text conductsreliability and validity testing and confirmatory analysis, hypothesis and hypothesis testingof various relationships by SPSS19.0and Amos17.0. Furthermore, we carry out the caseanalysis with the Shanghai XX software company and make recommendations. Finally, thetext concludes that the dimensions of learning, culture, innovation and leadership canpositively impact organizational performance, and thus improve competitiveness ofenterprises through learning organization.
