Research On The Influence Of Innovation Atmosphere And Organization Learning On The Dynamic Ability Of Logistics Enterprises

The rapid development of Internet and big data has been creating a good opportunity for logistics enterprises to develop since the new century.Meanwhile,this changing market environment has also brought challenges for Chinese logistics enterprises that are rarely to face in the past static market.At present,as an important platform economic form,the E-commerce has been widely applied in the word and demand of consumers tend to be diversified and personalized development,and these changes put higher requirements for the development of our logistics enterprises.The rapid development of E-commerce has promoted the development of E-commerce logistics,however,80%of China's international express market share has been occupied by four multinational logistics enterprises of FedEx,UPS,TNT and DHL.As the "sunrise industry" in the new era,China's logistics industry started late,and although the speed of its development has distinctly accelerated in recent years,there are still some problems remaining to be solved such as the total social logistics costs accounting for a higher proportion of GDP,logistics enterprises being too scattered,scale of logistics enterprises being too small,unsound comprehensive transportation system,uneven development of regional logistics,confusion logistics market competition,low service level and frequent customer complaints and so on.China has put the development of modern logistics industry at the height of "strategic emphasis of optimizating and upgrading of industrial structure",and has promulgated"The medium and long term planning of the development of the logistics industry(2014-2020 years)","Opinions of Internet plus high efficient logistics" and"Comments on further promoting the reduction of logistics costs and the efficiency of logistics to promote the development of the real economy" and so on to promote logistics enterprises to upgrade to enhance the dynamic competitive advantage.Logistics enterprises have gradually realized that the fast changing environment is eroding the competitive advantage of enterprises,and facing many challenges above,innovation has become the best choice of China's logistics enterprises to gain dynamic competitive advantage and to catch up with international logistics companies in the era of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation".Innovation is the driving force to promote the dynamic competitive advantage of logistics enterprise,innovation atmosphere being the cradle of innovation and innovation atmosphere like a force field guiding the enterprise to pursue the knowledge and information constantly that is conducive to its sustainable development,and knowledge and information are the important resources for enterprises to cope with environmental development and change and to build dynamic competitive advantages.Therefore,in order to acutely capture the changes of national policy,market,industry,consumer demand and other development environment and timely and actively responding,Clarifying the influence of innovation atmosphere and organizational learning on the dynamic ability of logistics enterprises has become the problem that the business community and the academic community must face directly.Through untangling the related theories of innovation atmosphere,organizational learning and dynamic capabilities of the academic circles,this research has divided innovative atmosphere into work support,organization motivation and relationship structure,organizational learning into exploration learning and exploitation learning,and dynamic ability into perception ability,acquisition ability and reconstitution ability.Based on theoretical analysis of the relationship between the variables and its dimensions,the research has put forward the relational model of innovation atmosphere and organizational learning on dynamic capability of logistics enterprises and has suggested assumptions of the relationship between the variables and its dimensions.In order to test the hypotheses,this research firstly based on field investigation of some logistics enterprises and its actual characteristics in East China,applied some of domestic and foreign related mature scale of innovation atmosphere,organizational learning and dynamic capability to the field of logistics and revised them to become a questionnaire suitable for this research,then,Sent paper questionnaires and electronic questionnaires to the logistics enterprises in East China to obtain first-hand data,and finally made empirical analysis and hypothesis testing on valid data by SPSS.The research shows that innovation atmosphere can not only significantly affect organizational learning,but also significantly promote the dynamic capabilities of logistics enterprises,while organizational learning plays a partial intermediary role in the process of innovation atmosphere affecting the dynamic capabilities of logistics enterprises.Specifically,the three dimensions(work support,organization motivation and relationship structure)of innovation atmosphere can not only significantly affect exploration learning and exploitation learning,but also significantly promote perception ability,acquisition ability and reconstitution ability that compose the dynamic capabilities,and exploration learning and exploitation learning play partial intermediary role in the process of innovation atmosphere's three dimensions affecting the three dimensions of dynamic capabilities of logistics enterprises.The results of this study can determine the impact path of innovation atmosphere to dynamic capabilities,meanwhile,open a black box of organizational learning playing a partial intermediary role in the process of innovation atnosphere affecting the dynamic capabilities of logistics enterprises.On the one hand,this research inherits and enriches the related theory and research of innovation atmosphere,organizational learning and dynamic ability,on the other hand,can serve as a trigger for academic circles to deely study the influence of innovation atmosphere on the dynamic ability of logistics enterprises and provide a theoretical reference for the logistics enterprises to build dynamic capabilities in the current severe environment changes.This study puts forward some suggestions on the results of empirical analysis and points out the lack of the research and the future research direction at the end of this study.
