China is now facing the so called "Three Rural Problem" we noted it as Agriculture, countryside and farmers. All it is essentially about countryside transformation. Totally countryside transformation relies on a series of effective institution innovation. In the process of rural development, a key point is injustice interests distribution, This is fundamentally an institutional problem. Here we need to introduce "distributive justice theory" in, to assure the balanced distribution of political benefit and economic benefit. Farmer's demanding for justice is the motivation power in the distribution system, and we need to set up an political institution to make sure the whole interests distribution system work.
