Research On Core Competence Of Large Commercial Banks In China

Finance is the core of modern economy, the development of financial industry is essential to a national or regional economic. The improvement of Financial system competitiveness at a large extent depend on the improvement of competitiveness of the financial industry. Large commercial banks is the leading force in China's financial system,The Improvement of the core is the key to our financial industry and in China and the whole economic system to keep competitive advantage in the international competition.With the full opening of China's financial industry, large commercial banks in China will face more intense competition, both domestic competition between peers, and the challenges of international banking giants.Faced with increasingly fierce market competition, China's large commercial banks to improve their core competitiveness in the international competition to maintain a competitive advantage over competitors is the question we should ponder.The subject of this study is the core competitiveness of the large commercial bank. Core competence is not a single resource or kills, but companies resources and capabilities continue to accumulate and effective combination ,and it is a dynamic capability, which determines the trend of banks and long-term sustainable competitive advantage. Research on Core competence of commercial banks has been a hot issue in academia and industry. This article from the enterprise core competitiveness theory study, analyzes the basic content and features of core competitiveness,Discuss the elements of the core competitiveness and on this basis build evaluation system of the core competitiveness of commercial banks,carry on empirical research on the core competitiveness of five large commercial banks with principal component analysis, and finally put forward my views and suggestions on how to cultivate and enhance the core competitiveness of large commercial banks.
