Study On Rural Land Circulation In Fujian Province Based On Urban And Rural Coordination

The characteristics of rural land in Fujian Province are characterized by fragmentation and decentralization,and mainly based on the small-scale peasant economy.Especially in the era of urban and rural development,the rural labor force continues to flow into the secondary and tertiary industries,which not only leads to a large area.The shortage of farmland has also hindered the development of rural farmers.Promoting the process of rural land transfer in Fujian Province can promote the scale operation of agricultural industry and promote the industrial agglomeration and upgrading,so as to improve the allocation and production efficiency of agricultural land resources in Fujian Province,accelerate the development of urban and rural coordinated economy,and promote the modernization process of rural agricultural industry.This paper collects data on land transfer in Fujian Statistical Yearbooks.First,theoretical analysis of land transfer based on economies of scale theory,resource allocation theory,and property rights theory;Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative,historical and logical methods,this paper studies the mutual promotion relationship between urban and rural integration and rural land circulation,and applies the survey analysis method to analyze the overall situation of land transfer in Fujian Province under the background of urban and rural integration,including the region.Characteristics,etc.;then,given that Fuzhou is the provincial capital of Fujian Province,its land transfer process is in a leading position in the province,and Jinan District,as the top 100 national investment potential in 2018,will have a certain advanced nature.This paper analyzes the circulation mode of Jinan District of Fuzhou City,the contractual turnover period and the amount of turnover,and attempts to find out the common problems of land transfer in Fujian Province.The problem of land transfer to infer the land of Fujian Province The common problem of circulation exists;finally,the proposal of land circulation optimization is put forward.Finally,the scale of rural land transfer in Fujian Province is constantly expanding,but there are regional differences in the situation of circulation.The main manifestation is that the degree of circulation in developed coastal areas is higher than that in inland areas,and the circulation form is collectively transferred,contracted,and transferred.Package and rental methods are the main ones.The reasons for hindering the land transfer process mainly include coordination of interests,lack of intermediate introduction organizations,lack of strict and strict legal control,and low resource allocation rate after circulation.To this end,this paper proposes development proposals for implementing land property rights control,improving land circulation use tracking and regulation,standardizing land transfer transaction processes,increasing allocation rate,introducing economies of scale theory,and promoting regional economic development.It can be inferred that the core of the land transfer process in the rural areas of Fujian Province is to ensure the life and economic benefits of the original land contractors while ensuring the information symmetry of the land supply and demand sides.
