Effect Of Urban And Rural, Urban-rural Gap And Economic Growth

In this paper, we base on the research background of the Urban and RuralCo-ordination, and base on the latest panel data of31provinces and Chengdu. The mainline that we research is whether it narrows the gap between urban and rural areas as wellas the gap between urban and rural areas on of the sensitivity of economic growthbefore and after the Urban and Rural Co-ordination. We analyze it by full use of themeasurement methods and economic theory. Further, we analyze the changes ineconomic growth, the urban-rural gap and relationship between the gap and theeconomic since the reform. Some paper says the inevitable between the gap of urbanand rural areas with economic growth, because it did not reach the inflection point inthe model of economic growth and urban-rural gap in China, it also reflect the point stillin the left side of the inverted U curve. Then, we further analysis the reform, play inChongqing and Chengdu, that whether it significant promotes economic growth andreduce the gap between urban and rural areas? And whether it had a obvious policyeffects? Is it produces policies spillover effect as the center of the Southwest Area or theWestern Area? Is the economy significant growth and urban-rural gap effectivelysuppressed? And is it in line with the strategic intent of the CPC Central Committee?Finally, we will comprehensive assessment of the effect of the reform inChengdu-Chongqing, and put forward complete strategic layout of the urban and ruraldevelopment and the specific policy measures. In short, we appropriate use of theresearch method for statistical analysis, and combination with empirical analysis andeconomic theory for the reform effect. So it helps evaluation the process of the reform,and to provide a theoretical basis and practical way for the reform.The first part is an introduction. Thefifth part is conclusions and policy recommendations. In this section, we corresponding summary of this article and put forward appropriate policy recommendations, andtotally overall strategic layout of the urban and rural development and the specificpolicy measures, and to provide a theoretical basis and practical way for the reform.
