| Waterfront——a precious resourse of the city. In a certain period and conditions, It often is the core of urban activity space, and is also the important component of Urban spatial structure. During the city transformating and economy restructuring, reconstruction and redevelopment of the waterfront became important means for many cities to deal with urban social economic structure transformation and global competition. More and more cities began to realize the value of the waterfront.Xuhui binjiang district is located in south extended segment of the cross-strait development core along the huangpu river, with superior ecological and cultural environment.Under the background of cross-strait development of Shanghai huangpu river,its land value appeared gradually. This article selects the Xuhui binjiang district development as the research object, is a combination of theory and practice in research subject. Through reconnoiter and investigation, study its development history and present situation, referencing development experience of four function type waterfronts,which refer to the Canary wharf in London, the inner harbour in Baltimore, the lakefront district in Chicago, the Seine leftbank in Paris, based on the SWOT analysis of Xuhui binjiang area, identify internal and external factors. Putting the correlation of function orientation and industry planning of binjiang district as the research mainline, explore the development of Xuhui binjiang district.The function orientation of Xuhui binjiang district is a high-tech service innovation highland, which based in Shanghai, radiating Changjiang river delta, and affecting the whole country. In industry planning, will key build three parks and one area, form four industry bases, which refer to high-end service agglomeration base, innovation resources allocation base, headquarters economic development base, and high-end leisure culture base. Combined with industry base and plan layout, making targeted industry positioning and planning for different areas, setting nearly, medium and long-term goals, advancing industrial planning.Mainly from industry, policy and space angle, proposing the supporting measure of industrial development, will be benefit for industry development.The development of Xuhui binjiang district is a long-term, sustained, adjusted and romoted process, its related research will also be a deepening process. This research is focused on the internal connection of function orientation and industry planning, but due to the less of related theory, and the uncertainty of binjiang development process, the study on the theoretical analysis and other aspects still have some disadvantages. In the future, will concern the development construction of Xuhui binjiang district, find support relationship for more in-depth study of the function orientation and industry planning. |
