The Research On The Track & Trace Architecture Of Halal Food Safety

Food safety is a hot topic today, with general food halal foods still have the religious, ethnic and other social content, so the halal food in supply chain management have special requirements. Halal food specificity, determined to become the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games in its food safety concern.Malaysia is the procurement center of international Halal Food, while Malay halal food certification is internationally accepted certification system. Halal food in China is low in the international market place, in order to meet the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games on consumer demand for halal food and food safety requirements, during the Asian Games, halal food is trying to import from Malaysia, halal food through the ports in Guangdong Province, Logistics Park, adding to the Asian Games of all sales points. Thus, the formation of the Asian international halal food supply chain, coupled with ethnic and religious characteristics of halal food and halal food makes the Asian supply chain management quite difficult. Today, the implementation of food traceability is an important measure to ensure food safety, halal food in order to ensure the safety of the Games, but also the need to establish traceability system.This study investigated the use of theoretical research and field research methods, the integrated use of food safety, supply chain management, traceability and other aspects of information technology theory of knowledge, for halal food supply chain characteristics, the use of GDRC project basis, logistics infrastructure Malaysia based information platform, from functional design, system framework, technical programs and other aspects of the implementation of programs to build platform for international halal food traceability system for the realization of the halal food from raw materials, processing, transportation, storage, sales, from the point of sale to the production area throughout the supply chain traceability. The traceability system has been successfully used in the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games, and assisted to ensure the safety and supply of halal food. This paper summarizes and analyzes the Asian halal food supply chain management, effective implementation of the project based on the existing problems for the perfect proposal.Overseas has made great achievements in the construction of the food traceability system, but in China is still in its infancy. Current biggest problem of our country traceability system is the technical backwardness. This research develops the domestic pioneer of halal food traceability system through the electronic tags, and it has built the foundation for the following promotion of halal food traceability system, as well as becomes our country breakthrough which the development international Islamic food market and the promotion Islamic food supply chain management. Therefore, this study has the practical significance, simultaneously in theory this research also extends the field of food track origin breadth and depth.
