Malaysia as a Muslim country and it is becoming a main hub for halal businesses in the world.Halal business can be the new business model for global trade and investment.The word “Halal” might not be new thing for non-Muslims,but many of them are still confuse about halal business.In first chapter,this paper is going to present the review of halal business which focus on the global market,Malaysia's halal market and literature review.Next,it will be the review's development of halal food industry in Malaysia.Besides that,the development of SME will discuss in the paper due to it is the suitable type of investment plan for the halal food investors in Malaysia.A lot of halal food businesses which are operating in Malaysia are SMEs.In data methodology,the review of company and background will be conducted for a successful company in Malaysia.After that,discussion on real cases happened in Malaysia as learning models for the investors.So,the readers will have the views on both the successful and failed real examples in Malaysia.The purpose of this research is to provide better understanding for the local or foreign companies who wish to invest in Malaysia as halal food manufactures.Besides that,this research hopes to introduce the idea of halal food production to other non-Muslim countries who are still new in this industry.Not only that this research is to give clearer ideas to the other countries which wish to produce halal foods for their local demand or export.
