Real estate industry is cyclical, correlational, regional and sensitivity to policies, how to achieve the business objectives of corporate in the dramatic changes and competitive market environment is in front of the real estate industry. KPI-oriented performance assessment system is the effective manner to adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition, for it can motivate employees to maximize the enthusiasm and creativity, raise departments overall concept, collaboration awareness, service quality and sense of responsibility, and it also can enhance the enterprise's competitive vigor so that various departments efficiently operation. However, in practice, the evaluation method, depth and intensity of many enterprises KPI performance assessment system are different. There have been many problems that could effect the results of performance assessment.By studying performance assessment theories and analyzing AT Group's current performance assessment system, the essay proposes the problems of the current system. By determining the annual business objectives, departmental division of responsibilities and powers, adjusting the organizational structure, pay system and other management measures, the new designed performance appraisal system can operate effectively. By decomposition of the Group's annual business objectives, corporate objectives, departmental objectives and individual objectives form a unified objectives system. Enhance monitoring of the objectives' achieving process and tracking management, the objectives of each post can be achieved, so that the enterprises can achieve business objectives.Through the design on AT Group's implementation of KPI-oriented performance assessment, this paper is to provide an idea and reference for relevant enterprises to improve their performance assessment.
