In recent years,The real estate industry,as an important part of Chinese economy,is under a great periodic and structural regulation pressure.The macro regulation to the real estate industry made by the State is further strengthened.The competitions among real estate enterprises are becoming more and more fierce.How to establish performance assessment appropriate for enterprise itself and stimulate salespersons to create achievements is an important and urgent task for a real estate enterprise currently.This thesis takes the performance assessment to the salespersons of TH Real Estate Company as the research object,and analyses by means of the theories and research methods relating to performance assessment the problems with the existing performance assessment to the salespersons of the company.The main existing problems are below:I.The indicators of performance assessment to the existing salespersons pay too much attention to the sales achievements;?.Existing sales staff performance appraisal project indicators,standards are not refined enough,the application of the assessment results can not fully reflect the contribution of sales staff;?.The performance assessment to the existing salespersons is not advantageous to their long-term career development;IV.The performance assessment to the existing salespersons is not advantageous to enterprise salesperson nurturing and talent application.Any analysis is made to the reasons for the above problems and the company development strategy is combined to redesign the performance assessment to salespersons pertinently.An adjustment is made to performance assessment indicators,assessment mode and method to improve the unity of existing performance assessment and correspond to the development strategy of the company.In respect of individual salespersons,a redesign in the assessment system is added in respect of enterprise culture,individual ability,professional skill,career planning,etc.to make salespersons really become a community of the company for common growth and development.At last,an evaluation is made to the salesperson performance redesign proposal of TH Real Estate Company and a comparison is made between the old and new assessment proposals in achievements.Finally,the assessment redesign proposal is perfected through communication and improvement to make it more fair,incentive and strategic.Simultaneously,it is hoped that a stable and strong sales team can be established for the enterprise to improve the achievements of the company and enhance the competitive power of the company.In this thesis,an analysis and research is made to generally existing problems in salesperson performance assessment in real estate enterprises in meticulous management.It has certain practical significance for small and medium real estate enterprises to draw lessons in system reform and perfection.
