With the development of science and technology, people's life grow better, the updating for products becomes faster and faster. More and more household appliances will be obsolete, unreasonable appliance recycling system resulted in a huge waste of resources and serious environmental pollution. The efficient and safe recycling management system of waste household appliances is very important to construction resources circulate the sustainable development of society. Waste household appliance recycling logistics network is the carrier of household appliance recycling, high efficiency and benefit of logistics system is decided by whether the logistics network designs reasonable. Therefore, an efficient recycling system of waste household appliances requires a full-considered, scientific recycling logistics network.As the capital of China, Beijing makes a lot of waste household appliances every year. To reduce environment pollution, promote energy conservation, develop the recycling economy, protect people's health and environment safety, ensure the progress of "Regulations on Recovery Processing of Waste Electrical and Electronic Products", my thesis is research on programming of the returned logistics network of waste household appliances for Beijing. Firstly, talking about the current situation of used household appliances recycling in Beijing and analyzing the problems about recycling. Secondly, re-plan the recycling network of Beijing. The programming contains design of the returned logistics network structure, design of the construction of the network nodes and functions and the management of the network operations. Thirdly, it sites selection for the recycling logistics network by establishing focus location model and mixed integer programming model and uses this model sites selection for waste household appliances of Beijing. Finally, the plan gives relevant security measures to ensure perfect operation of the logistics recovery network.
