In this paper, we will focus on the global purchasing actives form the manufacturer's perspective. Based on systematic thinking, it mainly analyzes the coordination among the manufacturer, suppliers abroad and the 3PL.Hence according to the analysis of the international purchasing system in which the manufacturer is as the core purchasing agent, we use the methodology of system dynamic to build the model of global purchasing system which is from the manufacturer's perspective.Firstly, we make sure about the system boundary in this paper, with the divided three subsystems as following:ordering subsystem, transportation and clearance subsystem and the relative management cost subsystem. Then draw the causal loop diagrams about the four subsystems, and build the model of these subsystems. Finally, a case study is applied to the models. Throughout the analysis of simulation reappearance, we make some suggestions to the coordination of the company in this case.The point of innovation in this paper is that extending the traditional system dynamic stock model in the global purchasing actives. Build the subsystem models about many perspectives such as international logistics and payment for suppliers abroad. Then use the material delay and information delay function to form the whole global purchasing system. The paper applies the system dynamic analysis to the manufacturer's global purchasing, giving the effective way to reappear and simulate the whole actives in the international purchasing.This paper includes 25 figures,2 tables and 40 references. |
