Seek For Ways Of Inner Reform For Chinese State-own-companies

China now is going through national institution reform, the goal of the reform is to build a market economy. In this reform, state-owned-enterprises will be or are being changed, they will become a equal competitor of market competition in market economy. And at the same time China is coming up against economy globalization. This let the competition never be a national competition again, but become an international competition. This is to say Chinese state-owned-companies need to complete with not only internal private companies but also foreign companies, not need just to deal with policy of China government also need to considering the policy of foreign country governments. Accordingly Chinese state-companies need to acclimatize themselves to new circumstance.This paper focuses on the analysis of the environment change of china's state-companies, and how to change state-owned-companies themselves to fit the changing environment.While trying to find ways to change the state-owned companies themselves, this paper tracked back to the market economy theories, management theories, international economic theories, and reason out inner reform strategy and method from actual environment change and these theories, then puts these reform strategy and method into actual inner reform cases to exemplify the validity of these strategies and methods reasoned out from the pure theories.The actual inner reform cases shows almost all of the strategies and methods are correct, but these inner reform methods which were deduced from theories need to get further proofs in actual circumstances, because the cases cited in the thesis are numbered.
