Research On The Path Of Ownership Reform Of State Owned Enterprises Under Thf Background Of Supply-side Reform

Since the reform and open policy was carried out,China's economy has made tremendous changes and has created a world-renowned Chinese miracle.However,since 2012,Chinese economic growth slowed and its growth rate continued to decline.In particular,the weak demand side,the dislocation of supply and demand has become the biggest obstacle to China's economic development,and economic development has entered a new normality.Supply side structural reform is a major move in the current state of the new normal economic situation and is also the main tone of China's " 13th Five-Year"economic reform and development.State-owned enterprises are the leading force in the national economy and the forerunner of economic reform.If state-owned enterprises do not deepen the reform firmly and do not effectively release the potential of state-owned capital,then it will be very difficult for China's supply-side structural reforms to achieve effective results.Therefore,state-owned enterprises should strive to seize the opportunity of the supply-side structural reforms,hold high the banner of reform,firmly implement the adjustment of the ownership structure,Transforming the development challenge into an opportunity for development helps the smooth transition of our economy and changes the extensive mode of economic growth into an innovative mode of economic growth so as to achieve the new growth of our economy and the development of socialist productive forces.Based on the above research background,this paper firstly tries to interpret the supply side structural reform connotation and combing the theoretical context,avoiding cognitive misunderstanding,supplying the side structural reform to seek the correct theoretical support for structural reform of supply-side.Next,we classify and define the concepts and attributes of state-owned enterprises,and then review the course of the reform of state-owned enterprises so as to study the significance of state-owned enterprise reform.Finally,through the analysis of the logical relationship between supply-side structural reform and state-owned enterprise reform,combined with the case analysis of China Unicorn's mixed ownership reform.It focuses on the path of SOE ownership reform in the context of supply-side structural reforms and puts forward concrete suggestions from six aspects,such as perfecting the legal system,clarifying the relationship between government and enterprises,preventing the loss of state-owned assets and strengthening the structural reform of human resources supply side.
