As the recourse and environment problems are becoming more and more seriously, meanwhile the recycling development idea is becoming more and more popular, the social people from all walks of life is focusing on the reverse logistics increasingly for it pays attention to the recycling product and makes research on the controlling ecological pollution. And inventory control is the center foothold of the reverse logistics undoubtedly. In the reverse logistics, the aim of the inventory control is to obtain the best time of the product in the warehouse and the best turnover time in the backflow link by controlling production order and re-production order of the recycling product. In order to minimize the overall cost, make full use of resources and provide safeguard for products in the services.As for the inventory control problem in the reverse logistics at home and abroad, it experiences roughly two stages:deterministic inventory model and stochastic inventory model. As to the research of two typical model, although they are a lot of theoretical basis, the process of collecting the recycling product is very unstable. It includes dispersion, uncertainty and the difficulty of recovery, giving rise to the complexity of the inventory control problem in the reverse logistics. Therefore inventory control problem in the reverse logistics has become an important research direction.Focus on the deterministic model and stochastic model of the inventory control in the reverse logistics. This paper mainly includes the following contents, are intended to offer a reference solution for apply inventory control to the reverse logistics.(1) The importance of carry out the inventory control in the reverse logistics for manufacturing enterprises and the current situation of the reverse logistics are stated. And the inventory control models in the reverse logistics are analyzed, provide the foundation for building the inventory control model of the reverse logistics.(2) Study on the deterministic inventory control model in two typical case, they are the inventory control model with the production lead-time and not allowable stock-out, and the inventory control model with the allowable stock-out. With the total cost for target function, modeling, solving and giving an example, making sensitive analysis by matlab at last.(3) Study on the improved stochastic inventory control model based on classic newsboy model. At first I classify the recycling product by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Then modeling, giving an example, and applying sensitive analysis to decision variable at last.(4) A summation is made to generalize the work in this paper, meanwhile look forward to the research direction of inventory control model used to reverse logistics..
