With increasing environmental concerns, social emphasis on resource recycling and great value regain in reverse logistics, issues of reverse logistics has been attracting people's great attention. In this effort, increased resources recycling concept, to regenerate resources, material value and cost saving, replaced the traditional resources, material flow of unidirectional operation mode. In the old model of reuse discarded objects, produced a kind of new-style model that producers back from consumers, it is opposite from the traditional logistics and is widespread concerned.The inventory control based on reverse logistics is very important in the manufacture enterprise and the amount of the reverse product is big. Rational and effective inventory management for enterprise can reduce the cost, improve service quality, enhance the image in the consumers' mind, can also be less pollution, low carbon cycle economy, favoring recycling economy, low carbon economy development. While the reverse logistics inventory control exist more uncontrolled factor than traditional stock, this make the study more complex.In this paper, according to the different market demand, we have improved the basis of the traditional model. First, we analysis the model contain backflow items and the demand is smooth, give a numerical example; and next, based on traditional model that demand as random variables and discrete variable which contains backflow items, we add the backflow items to the traditional model and comparison and example with the numerical analysis.Results shows that the enterprise take to reverse the backflow products processing already saving cost, also can improve limitation, these results can be used to guide enterprises reasonable use inventory decisions to optimize the reverse logistics management.
