The rapid development of economy makes people's life great wealthy and also it makes the competition among enterprises very fierce. The brutal competition and unprecedented challenges make more and more enterprises begin to establish their own reverse logistics' system. The research of reverse logistics in foreign countries has considerabley developed, but in own country its development is still in the initial stages, therefore further research is very necessary. As a vital part in the reverse logistics, inventory management plays a very important role. Effective management of inventory can not only reduce costs, increase profits, but also can set their own good image, increase customer satisfaction. But the past inventory model is often based on two assumptions, one assumption is a fixed rate of return, the other is that the goods'price after repair is the same of the new products'price. This assumption does not match the actual situation. For this article established three models which are based on the model of EOQ. Finally, take some typical examples to verify the model. The results show that the model has more practical significance.
