Analyze On The County Land Use Structure Optimization And Adjustment Of The Layout Based On GMDP Model

In the current social and historical conditions, the new face of increasing population pressure, land quality degradation, land carrying capacity declined. Under the guidance of sustainable development strategies and urban and rural development strategy, how to use the reasonable limited land resources and develop a scientific program of land use structure optimization, rationalization of land resources in the social distribution of economic sectors, the reasonable optimization of various sites in the region of space allocation, the development of rational land use policy to promote land intensification of resource use and sustainable development has become the urgent need to address in the study of land science, especially in the study of land use.This article draws on domestic and international land use structure optimization and adjustment of the layout of the theory of research methods, analysis of land use structure optimization and adjustment of the layout of the underlying theory, use GMDP (gray multi-objective dynamic planning) model to construct the economic, social, ecological three objective function, forecast medium-term objectives in the planning year (2015) and planning on long-term goals (2020) of land use structure of Bishan County. Through qualitative analysis, select the most appropriate programs, and the most appropriate analysis program, and on the promotion of land use structure optimization measures. Then proposed constructive direction to adjust the layout of land resources under the support of GIS, with its promotion of rational use of land resources of Bishan County.The study mainly focus on the following points:First, exploratory summarized land use structure optimization study status at home and abroad, and the major research methods, general summarize the land use structure optimization of the theoretical basis, basic concepts, and content characteristics. Linear model and the gray model for multi-objective decision making comprehensive analysis and perspective from the dynamic optimization of land use structure; Second, based on the quantitative analysis of the situation of land use structure of Bishan County, build the GMDP model of Bishan County, set of 10 variables,10 constraints, and build the economic, social and ecological benefits of the three objective functions, through the GP of Software modules WINQSB repeated operations in the commissioning, obtained for Bishan County structural optimization of land use the most appropriate program. Optimized through the 2015 and 2020 land use plan for a comprehensive analysis, combined with Bishan County's land use planning requirements, analysis of the program for the rationality of Bishan County, according to the actual situation, local conditions put forward to promote the structural optimization of land use measures;Third, proposed constructive direction to adjust the layout of land resources under the support of GIS, with its promotion of rational use of land resources of Bishan County of spatial layout optimization.
