With the continuous development of urban and rural integration,the economic and social structure,the evolution of the spatial pattern of land is gradually becoming more complex.The land resources are difficult to meet the multi-objective needs of food production,economic development,and ecological construction.Now,land use conflict is causing land use structure layout time and space mismatches and unclear consolidation paths issues.Existing research focuses on land use spatial form conflicts,and the evaluation methods used are lagging in timeliness.The path directions for mitigating conflicts still needs to be deepened.In view of this,this study selects Jintan District of Changzhou City as the research object.The study based on the theory of human-land relationship and spatial balance,adopts a suitability evaluation model to identify conflict zones of production,life and ecological functions,and combines the multi-objective planning model and GEOSOS-FLUS model to conduct land use structure and layout optimization research.Through the comparison of land use status and optimization results,proposing the zoning,direction and path of comprehensive regional improvement.This study can achieve to relief regional land use function conflicts,optimize land use structure and layout,and provide comprehensive land consolidation reference.The main study conclusions are as follows:?1?In the analysis of land use conflicts.The production,living and ecological function conflict areas in Jintan District is 231.30km2,accounting for 23.8%of the total land area.The high,medium,and low suitability for production function areas are53.53km2,236.76km2,and 46.22km2,accounting for 15.91%,70.36%,and 13.74%of the production total area respectively.The production function high suitability areas are mainly distributed in the north and east;The high,medium and low suitability for living function areas are 147.25km2,687.93km2 and 127.13km2,accounting for 15.30%,71.48%and 13.21%of the living total area respectively.The living function high suitability areas are mainly distributed in the northeast;The high,medium,and low suitability for ecological function areas are 304.03km2,422.98km2 and 235.41km2,accounting for 31.59%,43.95%and 24.46%of the ecological total area respectively.The ecological function high suitability areas concentrate in the western Maoshan area,Qianzi Lake and Changdang Lake.?2?Under the multiple scenarios optimization in conflict zones,the land use benefits,structure and layout have all changed.In land use benefits,the economic benefits produced by land use optimization are the largest under the life-first scenario,amounting to 12.42×1010 yuan;The ecological benefits produced by land use optimization are the largest under the ecological-first scenario,amounting to 2.43×108yuan.In land use structure,under the production priority scenario,the rural settlements in the conflict area are occupied by urban industrial and mining land,the garden and forest land shows a significant reduction;Under the living priority scenario,the urban land in the conflict area is expansion obviously,the garden and forest land have decreased;Under the ecological priority scenario,the amount of cultivated land in conflict areas has increased,and the increase in urban land use is limited.In land use layout,the production space,living space and ecological space are balanced under the production priority scenario;The living space range is the largest under the life priority scenario;The ecological space range is the largest under the ecological priority scenario.Combining the urban development positioning of Jintan District,in order to promote the economic and ecological benefits,it is recommended to take the land use structure and layout under the production priority scenario as the optimization goal,and adopt corresponding consolidation measures to alleviate land use functions and balance spatial distribution.?3?Combining the Jintan District resource environmental characteristics and the land use conflict characteristics.In order to alleviate the land use functions,six consolidation areas can be divided based on the conflict areas land use functions appropriate combination and the land use structure layout optimization results.Among them,high-standard farmland construction areas should focus on perfecting basic farmland supporting infrastructure and improving comprehensive food production capacity,and appropriate development of suitable agricultural backup resources according to local conditions;Cultivated land quality improvement zones should focus on reducing the application of pesticides and fertilizers,improve the cultivated land quality,and strengthen the restoration of soil pollution;The urban-rural integrated consolidation area should focus on optimizing the urban-rural land structure,strengthen the renovation of abandoned rural settlements,and ensure the coordination of land and urban development;The urban construction and consolidation area should focus on the consolidation of low-efficiency and idle land in cities and towns,revitalize low-efficiency land and increase the intensive utilization rate of construction land;The ecological environmental protection zone should focus on curbing land degradation and promoting conversion of farmland to forests to improve steadily the ecological environment quality;The whole region comprehensive consolidation area should focus on the comprehensive consolidation of mountains,waters,forests,fields,lakes and grasses,to improve the land output efficiency and promote sustainable development.
