Research On Intellectual Property Sharing Based On Industrial Innovation System

"Innovation" is primarily defined as what happens in enterprise interior invention development, design, manufacture and sales process, while some scholars think innovation is a kind of action between social behavior corpus of knowledge sharing and exchange, and effective knowledge sharing has become the critical factor of innovation success. The industria innovation refers to the whole innovation of the enterprise in some industry chain, which is alsc called the whole process of knowledge sharing and spreading in overall innovation chain Knowledge sharing is the inevitable requirement to guarantee the industry to achieve dominan leader in the national economy, and the knowledge diffusion also promotes the spread of the related knowledge and technology. However, the knowledge spread will weaken innovators profits in some extent, thus reduce enterprise's innovation enthusiasm. According to thi: problem, the paper detailed describes the theoretical connotation of the concept of industria innovation system, intellectual property rights and the sharing of intellectual property rights Based on this, the paper conducted the following research:firstly, it summarized the research achievement and main conclusion of industrial innovation system, intellectual property rights and the sharing of intellectual property rights. Then, it refined the concept and essence of these terminologies. Secondly, with the viewpoint of system theory and the theory of industria innovation system, social welfare function and enterprise utility theory, the paper analyzed the necessity and feasibility of enterprise intellectual property rights sharing in industrial innovatior system. Thirdly, with the analysis of the industrial innovation system of intellectual property sharing system, it point out the key factors that affects its utility, and comes up with the mair mode of intellectual property sharing in this environment. Finally, according to different sharing model, the paper proposed several measures to intellectual property sharing.The research revealed that knowledge sharing and knowledge diffusion in industria innovation are the inner essence and necessity of industrial innovation. With the analysis of the construction and factors of intellectual property sharing system, it concluded the feasibility o intellectual property sharing in the industrial innovation system.
