Research On Employees Incentive Mechanism Of A Company In Jiangsu

Along with the advent of economic globalization and information age, the 21st century becomes an era with technology-led economy whereas talents are the subjects of technology. Thus, it is of great importance for any firm to enhance human resource management, in which motivation is the core issue as well as one of the most critical factors for the development of the firm. Therefore, how to create a scientifically effective staff motivation mechanism has been of vital importance to companies. Since motivatation indicates certain enbraving method to inspire the employees'enthusiasm so as to make them give service to the company more actively, consequently, talents are the most important resource of enterprise while motivation mechanism determines human resource strategy and thereby affects the progress and sustainable development of enterprise. This article takes A company for example to study motivation mechanism of enterprise.Based on incentive theory and the related theory on employee motivation domestic and overseas, by introducing and summarizing the status quo of staff motivation mechanism of A company, a company with a seventy-year history, the paper provides problems existed, and analyzes the reasons of these problems. Then, by the incentive theory, we come up with a new optimized motivation mechanism to perfect the present motivation mechanism, which consists of working motivation, material incentive and spiritual encouragement. Lastly, after A company carries out the new incentive mechanism, the paper provides respective conclusions and assessment to its implementation effects.This paper shows both theoretical and practical significance on how to build a systematical motivation mechanism and make full use of it in an company.
