In the era of information and knowledge,the core staff is one of the most important resources of the enterprise.However,the problem of frequent turnover of core employees and low enthusiasm for work has always been plaguing the development of enterprises.Therefore,strengthening the incentive research of core employees,the establishment of effective management system,can greatly improve the enthusiasm of the core staff work,tap their own potential,so as to promote the core employees and enterprise common development and progress.In this paper,through the methods of literature research,literature comparison and questionnaire survey,the core employees of Z company are taken as the object of study,and the incentive problems are analyzed and discussed,and the solutions to the problem are also studied.First of all,put forward the purpose and significance of the research,and collect and sort out the relevant research materials at home and abroad,so as to lay the foundation for the study of this paper.Secondly,it analyzes the definition,composition and characteristics of core employees,and briefly summarizes incentive theories such as content motivation theory,process incentive theory and state motivation theory.Again,take Z company as an example,based on analyzing the present situation of the staff incentive company profile and core,pointed out the existence of Z company's core staff incentive of core employee demand orientation is not clear,the core staff salary setting is not reasonable,the performance appraisal system is not perfect,the training system construction is not reasonable,the reason is that the lack of understanding on the importance of incentive regulation is not perfect and so on.Finally,according to the Z actual situation,combined with the analysis of the above research,put forward from the reconstruction of reasonable salary system,improve the performance appraisal system,to strengthen the management of core employees incentive suggestions of core employee occupation development plan and scientific treatment of core employee training.
