Study On Optimization Of Purchasing Process Of N Company Based On Supply Chain Management

21st century supply chain as an effective mode of enterprise cooperation get attention on a global scale quickly. And many internationally renowned companies have adopted this new mode of operation and management to enhance their international competitiveness. Supply chain management has become a competitive mode of operation and management process, and purchasing management is a very important aspect of supply chain management. It plays a vital role to reduce total cost of manufacturing. The traditional purchasing management has many drawbacks. It can not meet the requirement of companies' operation no longer, and even hinder or endanger the development of enterprises. N company has the same problem.In this paper, I deeply analyze the current situations of the purchasing management of N company, including purchasing organization, the purchasing process, the classification of material management, purchasing strategy and supplier management. Through in-depth analysis, I found out the existing problems and put forward the optimization measures of purchasing management from the perspective of supply chain management, in accordance with the development of N company.The optimization measures of purchasing management include:1. Analyze the purchasing process by ASME and reengineering the process.2. We use the scientific supply sub-matrix of material classification. At the same time, lay down the different purchasing strategy for different types of materials.3. Through the classification of suppliers, taking different assessment criteria for different types of suppliers and the establishment of supplier incentives to get the goal of improving supplier management.4. Building the long-term partnerships with blue-chip suppliers and strengthening communication and information transfer, mutual supporting and cooperation to reach the goal of win-win.The study result of this paper can contribute to and direct the purchasing management of N company, as well as to be a valuable reference to other companies.
