| Main points of this thesis focus and base on the status of purchasing management in JY Group. It is through the analysis of the status of purchasing management, to find the problems during the purchasing process in JY Group and further analyze the reason of these problems and the difficulties to reform. At the same time, this thesis presents some specific reforming programme and solutions.Firstly, this thesis introduces the relationship between purchasing management and enterprise competitiveness, and the characteristics of purchasing management under supply chain management, and the status of purchasing management in the domestic catering industry, and some purchasing strategies according to the advanced experience and practices of purchasing management at home and abroad. Secondly, this thesis deeply analyzes the status of purchasing management in JY Group, including organization structure, purchasing workflow, material characteristics, purchasing management patterns, ordering workflow, material pricing method, purchasing management information system, supplier management, performance evaluation of purchasing centre, and finds the existing problems at present. Lastly, this thesis suggests an idea of adopting supply chain management to reform the organization structure and to optimize the purchasing process. According to the orient-able analysis result of various purchasing material, this thesis re-makes the specific strategies for each type of material. Furthermore, this thesis presents a number of specific measures for resolving these problems, including streamlining ordering workflow, changing purchasing patterns, determining reasonable pricing method, establishing enterprise information system, strengthening supplier management and establishing performance appraisal mechanism for purchasing centre. At the same time, this thesis analyzes the difficulties for the reform of purchasing management and suggests the corresponding countermeasures. |
