The agriculture is the basic industry of national economy. The development of agriculture affects the progress of national economy. The contradiction between small-scale production of agriculture and the exterior big market is a serious barrier of the agricultural economy development. Developing the farmer's specialized cooperatives vigorously is the most effective ways to solve this problem. However, in the northwest of China, market is underdeveloped, agricultural industrialization has just started, low level of commercial, and etc. The farmer's specialized cooperatives are less and lower. There are some special difficulties for cultivation of farmer's specialized cooperatives on its born, Sustainable development and helping weaker. To solve these problems, many scholars had many studies from different views and gave many positive opinions. Well, a more favorable handle ability was called. This study had a view of assets building on them, try to find a better way to solve these problems.Full text of the subject is divided into five parts:the first part give the innovation and research ideas based on covering the domestic and foreign research status quo articles. The second part studied the application of assets building, and found its corner to be used in Northwest of China. The third part found its special difficulties of cultivation of farmer's specialized cooperatives with studying on its status quo. The fourth part tried to bring them together with a theoretical analysis, and gave some details of advices for founding a assts building system to good for the cultivation of farmer's specialized cooperatives. The fifth part summarized the conclusion and gave some further ideas about the system.
