As Chinese financial reform deepens and the pace of financial openness accelerates, the competition among commercial banks becomes increasingly fierce. So improving capital operational efficiency and core competitiveness are the key measures for various commercial banks in China to improve their comparative advantages. Viewing from the actual operation situation of bank financial institutions, the human resources deployment efficiency is a key factor which influences the operational efficiency of commercial banks. It's of vital practical significance for the improvement of commercial banks' whole competitiveness to improve the human resources deployment efficiency of sub-branch and operational efficiency.The paper selects some affiliated agencies of G branch of Bank of China as research objects; makes comparative analysis of the business data, staffing structure and operational efficiency of the same type sub-branch, and conducts a research on the association between human resources deployment strategies of commercial banks and the operational efficiency of sub-branch, attempting to find out the key factors that influence the human resources deployment efficiency of state-owned commercial banks. Moreover, it also probes into the feasible approaches of changing the human resources deployment states of state-owned commercial banks and improving the operational efficiency, in the hope of constructing a scientific and reasonable human resources deployment model and achieve the optimal human resources deployment status. So that the staffing structure of human resources deployment efficiency of state-owned commercial banks can be further improved and the actual efficient human resources deployment efficiency of state-owned commercial banks can be realized.Ⅰhope my research can shed a light for the commercial banks in the province to improve their operational efficiency of sub-branch.
