Analysis Of The Labor Force Factor Influence On Shanxi Export Trade

Since the practice of Chinese reform and opening up policy, China's foreign trade got rapid development and pushed the national economy's development. Resources superiority and Labor force low cost factor are two pillars to support the whole country export trade in the long run. In recent years, the former two big export trade advantages are faced with severe challenges. Firstly, the drawback of economic and trade growth overly dependent on low value-added resources products become obvious. Secondly, lack of labor and over labor supply exist simultaneously due to the lack of accommodating domestic labor supply structure and industrial structure.Shanxi is our country's big coal reservoir province, in the past, the export trade and economic growth are the typical resources dependence, at the environment of national implementation of scientific development strategy, Shanxi becomes the first state-level economic transformation of resources development experience area in December 2010.The reform of economic structure is without doubt, while whether we can successfully adjust the labor force structure according to economic structure is a main factor to make a good economic transformation. So this thesis will focus on analysis the influence of labor force factor on Shanxi export trade. In order that we can find other potential factors except coal which can promote Shanxi's development. The analysis result is that the enhancement of labor productivity reflects export trade a lot. So, the main point of Shanxi's reformation should be how to improve the labor productivity.Regarding to the analyzing method, this thesis combined both theoretical and empirical, macroscopical and microcosmic analysis method, used the equilibrium analysis of microcosmic analysis method in theoretical analysis part; used Eviews5 software to make OLS regression analysis to time series model in empirical analysis part, then did concept on economics test, serial correlation test, cointegration test and Granger causality test to the result of regression, proved the model's regression reliability. When giving advice, we paid more attention to the influence of single enterprise and individual's behavior choice to the whole impact on economic development.Full text is divided into four parts. The first part of this paper introduction, mainly introduced the research background. The second part analyzed the development and status of Shanxi export trade and labor force factor. The third part analyzed the influence of labor force factor on Shanxi export trade from theoretical and empirical. The fourth part is research summary and countermeasures.
