Cooperation between enterprises and universities is of great importance in various countries and regions, and its contribution to local economic development is indelible and irreplaceable. In the process of cooperation, enterprises and universities can improve their efficiency and achieve a win-win situation by complementing each other and realizing the rational redistribution of all kinds of resources, such as human, financial, material resources and so on. As a result, research on university-enterprise cooperation is really a meaningful subject, and it will be more meaningful if different research point of view from other domestic and foreign scholars can be found. The article firstly analyzes university-enterprise cooperation model, trying to find out what kind of cooperation model the company is interested in and if there is any difference in selecting cooperation models for enterprises of different sectors. The current pattern of university-enterprise cooperation can be broadly divided into the following categories: research cooperation, the establishment of practice bases and continuing education training bases, enterprise-organized student activities, the employment of college teachers to act as business consultants in companies, and the participation in some public activities involved in college students. Of so many patterns of cooperation, enterprises of any kind are more interested in practice bases. Apart from this, manufacturing and high-tech service industries are more concerned about the scientific research model, which involves a variety of cooperation modes, such as: commissioned research, cooperation scientific research, the providing of data, equipment or funds for the university's independent research projects .University-enterprise cooperation can help companies achieve new breakthroughs, for example, promoting industrial restructuring and high-tech industry development, introducing and training talent, saving cost, and establishing a good image as well; furthermore, it can also help universities increase the employment rate, increase funding, and strengthen scientific research, etc. In order to achieve the significance of cooperation, first of all, enterprises and colleges have to cooperate, and so the willingness of cooperation between enterprises and colleges has become the most important focus of the research. After the survey of 111 companies, it is found that some companies are unwilling to cooperate, and the reasons for their unwillingness are various, some of them are their own, and some others are under the impact of macro environment outside the enterprise. By using binary logistic regression to analyze these factors, we construct the regression model: ln(P/(1-P))=-3.673+0.492*(established time) +0.730*( m ain business type) +1.622*(c hannels of cooperation). Of the various impacting factors, the three factors ("established time", "main business type" and "channels of cooperation") play a key role on the enterprises'cooperating willingness. Accurately locate and clear channels of cooperation are effective countermeasures to weaken or even eliminate some interfering factors on enterprise's willingness to cooperate. There are some other ways to promote university-enterprise cooperation, for example, universities and companies can make use of these own strengths, strengthen the government's role in co-operation and explore new models. The paper proposes a new kind of university-enterprise cooperation mode, that is, "student - tutor - enterprise" chain, and the writer believes that the mode can improve the students'skills in the practical process.
