The Study On Land-Lost Farmers' Employment And Guarantee In Inner Monglia

With the development of the Urbanization, more and more land were imposed. There happened a large expropriation in 1980s and 1990s.This kind of enclosure has been lasting since 2000. We can connect this situation with the'Enclosure'of England in 15th or 16th century. England became more and more stronger just because of the expropriation. The importance of the Urbanization is the land and the land is connected with the farmers. The Land guaranteed the farmers'future life.Inner Mongolia located at the north of China.The agriculture had played a important role of the economic development several years ago. In recent years, there have appeared sorts of types on developing manner. The scope of the Urbanization expanded and the percentage had achieved 55%. The figure shows the new way which Inner Mongolia had chosen. The Urbanization not only benefits the people, but also influences the people who had lost the land. The unemployment had induced the stability of Inner Mongolia. In this paper, we use basic theories and make field investigations on peasants who lost the land in Inner Mongolia. We will find out the essential reason that why landless peasants don't have enough guarantee to survive. Then we will put forward some useful suggestions and advice which based on the allocating experience which is from home and abroad, meantime combine the situation about our district, then we will take the practical measures on land requisition compensation and resettlement of landless peasants response. For relevant departments of the Government and the community tackling the problem, improve the Inner Mongolia to protect the interests of farmers who lost their land, speed up the economic construction in the capital city and it will have a certain reference value.
