Science and Technology services are the source of scientific and technological innovation, providing solid backing strength for the manufacturing industry structure adjustment and upgrading; Meanwhile, manufacturing industry's innovation activities are expanding demanding on S&T Service. Through linkage between S&T Service and manufacturing, the competitiveness of manufacturing industry is promoted, Industry structure is upgraded and got transformation; also promote the development of S&T Service to provide better service to the manufacturing.Based on the S&T Service and manufacturing linkage development, firstly, from the development present situation of S&T Service and manufacturing, found that S&T Service and manufacturing have different development degree in different region; Secondly, through general relativity analysis, found that the S&T Service and manufacturing of Guangdong carry high correlation; Again, based on the two industry had high correlation, use input-output method to analyze linkage between S&T Service and manufacturing and their industry ripple effect,found that S&T Service have weak ability to driving develop, on the other hand, the potential demand of manufacturing is still not fully released into reality needs; Finally, according to the results of analysis, put forward linkage development policy on Guangdong S&T Service and manufacturing, as the government can optimize S&T Service and manufacturing linkage development environment in order to promote both linkage development, S&T Service should strengthen their ability and ascension credibility to undertake manufacturing's S&T requirements in the development process, while manufacturing enterprise should be made clear the development gravity, release professional S&T ability, through S&T service to promote the enterprise's core competitive ability.
