China's economy has been soaring ever since 1990s, while the manufacturing has become the engine of China's economy boost. Manufacturing is divided, transferred and rearranged worldwide as the developing, evolving and deepening of the international labor division. Undertaking the international industry transferring, China has become the third largest manufacturing country in scale. With the Input-Output Table and Input-Output analysis method, this thesis makes detail analysis to the macrocosmic developing and international trade of manufacturing in China. The analysis includes: manufacturing total output changing factors, manufacturing final using admeasure coefficient, manufacturing effect coefficient and induction coefficient, manufacturing vertical specialization share in export as well as the multiple effects, feedback effects and spill over effects between Sino-US manufacturing, from which conclusions can be drawn as followed: China's manufacturing has scale advantage and structure is optimizing; market demand is the most important factor to propel the development of manufacturing, but the developing is highly based on foreign market; processing trade of manufacturing develops faster than all the industry's, and the industries with labor cost advantage are more involved in processing trade, so China's manufacturing is in the low-end of the value-added chain in the world; as for the Sino-US manufacturing effect, the light industry has an important effect to China's economy increase, while premier propel industry of China for United States'economy increase is textile, leather, and the products thereof, in which the trade conflicts happens frequently, so United States should consider the benefits of industry linkage and liberalize the trade in this industry.
