The problem of income gap between Our urban and rural residents is long, especially since the reform and opening, With china's economic development, gap was increasingly. In the market conditions, moderate income gap is allowed to exist and reasonable. Eliminate the average distribution system and Structure in traditional system is the main objective of economic reform. But in view of the reform process's tentative, too large income gap which is periodical is understandable.
