Then, in view of risk factors for industrial clusters, the damage mechanism of risk and it's transmission mechanism have been explained, the mechanism of conduction and factors that affect the risk transfer have been analyzed. With opening the black box of the process of risk communication, also analyzing the recession process of the risk and pathways in cluster. Then, by building the Evaluation Index System and Model of industrial clusters risk to achieve quantitative assessment and finally got the compositive evaluation of industrial clusters risk.In the end, on the basis of the previous theoretical study, exploring the management mechanism and preventive measures of industrial clusters risk.Hoping through the research, we can provide a theoretical tool for reference in the aspect of risk prevention, risk warning and risk management of industrial clusters; Further more, hoping that through our analysis, at the same time of formulating the regional economic development strategy for local government, trying our best to reduce the risk of clusters, developing competitive advantage of clusters enough and providing the basis to be referenced for decisions.
