As the core and development main part, human resources have become the key factors that affect the core-competitiveness of enterprises. For enterprises, it is meaningful to possess of the well educated staff who have owned the perfect knowledge structure and the perpetual learning and improving abilities. Enterprises can acquire the well educated staff through the external recruiting and internal training. Thus, training has turned in one of the methods to improve the core-competitiveness of enterprises. For high-tech enterprises, training is especially important. Through the analysis, the author find the existent problems and weaknesses of staff training theories in M company. For example, the current management mechanism of staff training is unreasonable, the validity of staff training is not strong, the appraisal and evaluation system is unreasonable, etc. Basing the research results, the author has proposed some countermeasure and advices for the staff training theories in M company.This paper chooses staff training systems of high-tech enterprises as the key point of the research object. Basing the research of staff training theories on, and through the questionnaire survey and interview this paper will give a positive analysis with the example of M company in Shanghai Purple Bamboo Science and Technology Park.The author hopes to provide the training and management practice of the domestic high-tech enterprises with some reference through this research.
