Research On Development Mode Of Rural Passenger Transport System Under Low-Carbon Economy

With the implementation strategy of construction of new Socialist rural in China, travel demand of rural residents become more frequent. In order to comply with the spirit to establish a transportation system characterized by low-carbon during the "twelfth five-year-plan" in national conference on transportation of 2010, we urgently require constructing an efficient rural passenger transport system. Papers conform to social development, discuss and research some problems of the development mode of rural passenger transport system.First, based on the background of the low-carbon economy and the development of urban and rural areas, the papers study on the practical significances of the rural passenger transport system; and proposed research idea by summarizing the theoretical research and the successful practice both at home and abroad.Secondly, combined the current situation, the papers analyze the sources, trip purpose and distribute characteristics of rural passenger flow, and give the development trend of rural passenger transport under the low-carbon economy. It builds a sustainable system by traffic demand regulation, structure optimization, efficiency enhancement and organize mode innovation. And, the papers analyze various methods of demand forecast for rural passenger transportation.Thirdly, the papers study on the development mode of rural passenger transport system from two parts of network layout, passenger transport station plan and operation organization. Through functional analysis, it divided the network into trunk lines, extensive lines, and proposes an optimization algorithm of passenger network scale index, and use the method for RHPT optimization to analyze the access rate and coverage rate of route between town and village. From the perspective of seamless transfer, papers analyze two convergence modes of rural passenger transport and urban public transport. The papers construct the rural passenger transportation station service system that includes centre town hub station, township station, stops and simple bus station. Apply "importance of node method" to discuss how to cost at the station scale, and analyze the center town hub location problem through "Capacitated Facility Location Problem". The papers analyze organization form, strength equipment and vehicle type structure combine with characteristics of rural passenger flow. Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different enterprise operation pattern, and give the operation pattern that adapt to the demand of development of rural passenger transport market.Finally, take Zichang County of Yan'an City for example; discuss the rural passenger transport network layout, passenger transport station plan and operational management.
